Joseph has practiced counseling for over 10 years, and entered the field because he finds nothing more fulfilling than extending compassion, understanding, warmth and non-judgmental acceptance to people. His specialties include: Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Insufficient Sleep, Relationship Conflict, Substance Abuse, Grief and Bereavement, Career Challenges, Burnout, and his approaches include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). He believes in giving his all to every participant he works with, and treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion, aiming to meet each participant wherever they may be along their journey.
