Ashleigh has worked a counselor for over 5 years, and she began counseling as a way to empower others towards their own greatness. She has training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and has worked in a variety of settings from intensive outpatient substance use facilities to children & family focused service centers and non-profits.
Her approach is centered around the individual and what they hope to accomplish with the therapy process. She likes to meet participants right where they are, helping them develop attainable goals that help them along their journey, full of hope and purpose. She believes therapy is a safe space where participants can feel supported and nourished towards the life they want to live.
