Amanda has practiced counseling for the last six years, helping those who are struggling with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorders, among many other things. She believes that because everyone is on a different journey through life, experience in different treatment modalities is important to the process. She has trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Superhero Therapy.
